Yoga Classes to Resume
Good News! Lisa Sedlak, our yoga instructor, has sufficiently healed from her winter broken leg to resume yoga classes in our studio. Thursday evening classes will resume on Thursday, June 22 and will continue weekly after that. Morning classes on Monday and Thursday will resume in July.
