Carl Anderson: Perfect Day

Our June Gallery Show — Carl Anderson: Perfect Day — will run June 9-30, 2023.

There will be an opening reception from 6-9 p.m., Friday June 9.

Carl writes about this show: I have always been interested in portraying images with loaded meaning. Building images with collage elements allows me to embed deeper meaning and convey more of a story than what can be said with paint alone. Postmodern principles of layering, juxtaposition, representin’, and appropriation have always fascinated me and I play with those concepts throughout this body of work.
